設計料について
|
|
国内の建築物の設計監理の場合、原則として
国土交通省告示第15号の算定方式に準じます。
住宅設計の場合、総工事費の10-15％を目安と
していますが、個別の内容・規模に応じて
調整いたします。

Architectural Fees
|
|
In principle our architectural fees are based on Notice #15 of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Regarding the planning of a single-family home, normally fees are 10-15% of the total construction cost, but this of course varies according to type and scale of building.
