TELL (Tokyo English Life Line) is a multi-faceted nonprofit counseling organization that has been serving the Tokyo community for almost 40 years. With the knowledge that their new office is a long term future investment, the design had to serve specific needs but also remain flexible to meet evolving requirements of this organization consisting of full time staff and many volunteers.
