This $18 million project is a collaboration between Wendover Housing Partners and Pinnacle Communities, designed as a three-story mid-rise building spanning approximately 132,000 SF on 4 acres.
The community features 110 affordable housing units and 2 market-rate apartments, including 26 one-bedroom units, 61 two-bedroom units, and 23 three-bedroom units. Planned amenities include a fitness center, cyber lounge, resort-style pool with cabanas, dog park, open-air courtyards, and a plaza with public art installations, providing vibrant spaces for community engagement.
